Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or other periods of high order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the item, destination, and fulfillment location.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 7–14 business days after processing.

Some items may ship separately or require additional delivery time. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Any free-shipping promotion will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment notification is sent.

Multiple Shipments

Because select Luxury Co. and Luxury Professionals products may be fulfilled from different locations, items within the same order may arrive separately.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.

Luxury Professionals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

We will, however, assist customers when possible with locating delayed shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Luxury Professionals is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• Check around the delivery location.
• Ask members of your household or neighbors.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact Luxury Professionals so that we can assist you with the next available steps.

Luxury Professionals is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier inquiries.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Preorders & Special-Order Items

Products identified as preorder, made-to-order, or special-order items may have different processing and delivery timelines.
